Updates!
Hello aiverybodee. :D
Because I know you guys possibly check back here every now and then (at least those who know that I've got my Mac with me), I shall just give you a quick update to satisfy your kaypoh nature.
The weather is cold. Nippy, but not unpleasant; and quite a nice change from the swelter of Singapore. Been wearing double layers though, because the nights can really get to you.
The portions have been, in a word, amazing. And not necessarily in the good sense, because they are so huge that after each meal we end up walking in a vaguely penguin manner due to the complete stuffed-up-ness of our digestive system. Size aside, the food has been quite delectable. No complaints.
Headed off to San Diego with my sis and her husband in roughly ten minutes, and leaving the snuffly blankets and smooshy mattresses behind. It's been altogether quite a few pleasant nights, albeit spent at odd hours due to jet lag and the niggling Singapore time. Note: do not EVER ask for roll-away beds at the Marriott. Damn things can kill your back in half a night.
And yes, I presume it is time for me to bid thee farewell, considering how we have two hours worth of driving before we get to Kennedy the Cat, Shalom the Cockatoo and -insertname- the Fighting Fish.

Though about the topic that is most closely followed on the tagboard right now (wtf overseas boyfriend?!), I'm sad to say that there have absolutely no angmohs that have caught my eye.
It's cold. I bet they're all hibernating.
