Pros and Cons of having your hairdresser take the request for "a new hairstyle" as permission to lob whole chunks of hair off.
WHY IT'S GOOD:
1) It's neat. REALLY neat.
2) I don't have to waste time brushing my hair in the morning.
3) Total shampoo saver.
4) Easier to manage.
5) It's more cooling, considering the current heat.
6) I won't have to tame it so often.
7) It won't tickle me.
8) People won't keep trying to play with it and annoy me.
9) I don't have to tie it up and risk looking like Norrington.
10) ...It's neat.
WHY IT'S DISTURBING:
Let's just say that if I bound my chest, wore an RI uniform and spoke in a deep voice, girls or gay men might actually try to pick me up.
