Procrastination.

It leads to several events being unmentioned until now = me having to type alot.

Last Saturday,
19th May.

Open house was in a word, fantastic. Despite the stressful and hair-tearing preparations the day before (stringing up the masks was not a very pleasant experience), it all accounted for a beautiful drama booth and Ms Chua's pleasant surprise. (: Unlike last year (when I resembled, terrifyingly, a tai tai), I actually made an effort to go around and visit people at their stalls and watch performances. The morning was spent with Laura Faulkner walking aimlessly around trying to find a stall that was actually open, the later part with Huifang at the Band and Drama performance, followed by Angela and the Dramlets as well as with Huda, Sarah, Enghong and the rest of the seniors at the Khoo Audi. T'was pretty darn fun. (: This year's probably wasn't as huge as last year's Open House, but all the same I enjoyed myself, meeting old seniors, promoting drama and all.

Theasthai, Lesley's JC1 Production, was at 7.30 pm the very same day. Once again, ACJC Drama blew me away. The acting, emotion and feelings in the play were beautiful, tied together and so very passionate. However (note the however), I could not enjoy it as much as I did Culminatio, considering a group of immensely talkative girls behind me. Halfway through a thoughtful dialogue and WHISPERWHISPERHEEHEEHEE. Not something anyone would enjoy. But thanks to one brave soul who leaned over and snapped "Mind you, this is a theatre and there should be NO talking whatsoever!", I managed to enjoy the rest of the performance.

And Lesley, you were fantastic. When you came on I was completely blown away by your performance because in a word, you were so utterly, completely in character I almost could not recognize you. I'm so proud of you and you really, really make me love Drama more than I ever could. (:

Last Monday,
21st May.

Revelations will, in the end, lead to confession. There is neither an escape or a place to hide.

And now, I just need to search for a conclusion.

Final three days of School.

Aromachemistry was fun! Sitting next to Jingrong was occasionally frustrating (last one to finish creating the scent, doh), but nice all the same. Felt good to talk to her again and realize how much we can have in common (EXCEPT LOVING LUFFY). :D

So I've extracted my own perfume, made a multi-coloured candle, moulded my own soap, created my own personal perfume and learnt about pheromones (which I find immensely amusing).

And of course, our weird advertisement in which I found out how...dirty-minded Cheng Lin Chuch can be (not to forget how violent).

All in all, it was pretty darn cool. (:

Friday,
25th May.

PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN 3 WITH SEC TWO PREFECTS.

What can I say?
It was something to look forward to and something I enjoyed. (:

It's been too long since we all went out together, and despite missing three lovely prefects (Suching went on Holiday, Ranita was doing...something and Kristen had a competition the next day), we still had fun.

Even though Jesslyn led me on a long, traumatizing thought attack by giving me a fake spoiler. (Yeah, SUREEEE he dies. Bah.) AND forced us to sit through fifteen minutes worth of credits just to watch a minute of extra film.

AND when Judith would not, I repeat, would NOT stop talking. Throughout the movie. "Why's he kissing her leg, Joy? Why's she wearing his boot? OMG THAT MONKEY IS SO CUTE." -.- Doh. Haha.

PotC 3 was slightly confusing, as the directors did not tie up certain loopholes, and sometimes let the new characters into the limelight for half a second before booting them out again. As a result, I ended with a rather big Huh? But all the same, the visuals were well crafted, giving the movie a nice save.

Yesterday,
26th May.

I don't know if I've found my conclusion.

All the same, the next few days promise a bit of peace and quiet (if not a leetle beet of loneliness) considering how my brother and tramped off to Japan for a holiday.

And Val! Congrats on being able to make it to the interview! :D I'm proud of you, but I guess I can't help but feel a little lost that you may be leaving. I'm going to miss you, ya hear? Good luck for your interview. It's all your choice now, so do your best.

So far, here are all the EXCITING and AMAZING events which have taken place these past few days! Aren't you all so ENTHRALLED by my ADRENALINE-FILLED life?

Well. Maybe not.

And to anyone who has chanced upon me in my less than glamourous moments, I'm sorry if I've scared you with my outbursts. I'm working on getting back together now. Guess I just need a break. (:

IT IS ENDED. =D
(yeah, I just wanted to say that.)
